Computer interface is useful for nerve intractable disease patient. It is the most important that development of brain-computer interface(BCI) which is the direct communication of brain information and external world. Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) for cerebral func-tion analysis was developed in recent years. In this paper, we will propose a Log dimension analysis of the autocorrelation from NIRS signal for slightly cerebral activation at calcula-tion tasks to BCI. As a result of Log transform of gradient from autocorrelation data, it found out that it is effective in separation of a task component, subtraction tasks of one digit and two digits on the interparietal sulcus. In this Result of dimension analysis for NIRS signal, we present that it can become a rate scale of slightly cerebral activation.
