Nerve intractable patient who damaged motor functions could not communicate to exter-nal world. Fortunately, the visual cortex functions remain in cerebral cortex. Therefore, it is effective to develop brain-computer interface(BCI) using optical topography for visual cor-tex. The measuring method and the analysis procedure are not yet established to BCI. We have been proposing autocorrelation analysis method for verification of task and cerebral activation, and cross correlation analysis method for heart pulse-wave signal separation us-ing the optical topography. As a result of autocorrelation to the NIRS(Near-Infra-Red Spec-troscopy) signal, it found out that it is effective in separation of task dependence component, and a noise reduction. In this paper, we will present results of visual selective attention us-ing optical topography, and analyzed the autocorrelation function dependence of task. Comparing the visual selective attention with none selective attention, it found out that in-creasing the autocorrelation signal during the visual selective attention.
