Telephonic Emergency Services
-The Origin of Welfare in Germany-

In Japan the Telephonic Emergency Services movement started in 1971. At that time german Telephonic Emergency Services had a favorable influence upon. Because the originator was german missionary Ruth Hetcamp. We found the locus of german life line movement. In germany the Telephonic Emergency Services movement started in 1956 under the fluence of England and Sweden. To this day the movement is a working reality. The life line movement was introduced into Japan in the period of german Telephonic Emergency Services prosperity.
